<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow sensor having excellent durability, capable of avoiding disconnection of an electrical connection part by reducing a stress generated in the electrical connection part caused by a vibration or a heat shock, and suppressing generation of an output abnormality. <P>SOLUTION: An elongation end 49a of a terminal conductor 49 elongated from a thick wall part 50b of a holder 50 and an electrode terminal of a flow detection element 52 are electrically connected by a bonding wire 22. A peripheral wall member 56 is stuck and fixed on a thin wall part 50a of the holder 50 and the flow detection element 52 so as to enclose electrical connection parts 57 between the elongation end 49a and the bonding wire 22 and between the electrode terminal and the bonding wire 22. Gel 58 is formed so as to seal the electrical connection parts 57, and rubber 59 is filled and hardened in the peripheral wall member 56 so as to seal the gel 58. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
