PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing nitrogen oxides in combustion exhaust gas to obtain a high denitration effect even when the method is applied to a calcination device of a cement source material in which a high denitration effect cannot be obtained by a conventional denitration method in which an aqueous solution of a reducing agent such as urea is sprayed.

SOLUTION: In the method for removing nitrogen oxides in combustion exhaust gas produced in a calcination device of a cement source material equipped with a rotary kiln 3, a solid reducing agent is fed to the combustion exhaust gas.
