摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that any impossible lesion can not be presented although any possible lesion can be presented in a conventional manner, and especially to allow an emergency medical care required for quickly judging whether or not the lesion is serious, and for judging emergency treatment or emergency hospitalization when the lesion is serious not only to predict the lesion but also to show that there is no possibility of serious lesion.

SOLUTION: This diagnostic support system is configured of a knowledge base in which lesion names being information for specifying lesions and discrimination items necessary for discriminating the lesions are stored, a lesion extracting part for extracting one or more lesions from the knowledge base based on medical data related with a patient, a lesion denying part for deciding whether or not the lesion extracted by the lesion extracting part should be denied based on the medial data, and a lesion classifying part for classifying the lesions extracted by the lesion extracting part into lesions whose denial is decided by the lesion denying part and lesions whose denial is not decided by the lesion denying part.
