摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of why the spins of electron, proton and neutron is each 1/2, what the orbital energy of atom is and what the relation is between the characteristic X-rays and shells. SOLUTION: The spins of an electron, a proton and a neutron is 1/2, because the love of an electron, that of a proton and that of a neutron revolve and their peripheral photons are rotating. Since the love of proton and the love of neutron revolve in an orbit of 1/2×10<SP>-15</SP>m, when A nucleons are present in an atomic nucleus, its orbital energy becomes 1.5A×10<SP>-10</SP>J. The orbital energy of an atom is 0.75A÷α×10<SP>-25-β</SP>J, in the case ofα×10<SP>β</SP>m. The energy of a free electron can be assumed substantially equal to the energy of an outermost shell. Assuming the orbit of the outermost shell to beα×10<SP>β</SP>m, 0.75A÷α×10<SP>-25-β</SP>J=8×10<SP>-14</SP>J, and the orbit of outermost shell is 10.7A×10<SP>-11</SP>m. When the theoretical value of the outermost shell is compared with the largest orbit of the characteristic X-rays, the relation of orbital size between the shell and the characteristic X-rays can be known.
