PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing a hardly decomposable substance making it possible to easily measure a content of the substance. SOLUTION: An analyzing system for the hardly decomposable substance to measure the trace content of the substance in a matter to be measured comprises a hydrothermal oxidation treatment means 13 for decomposing the matter 11 containing the substance 12 with allowing the substance to remain and an analyzing means 14 for analyzing the substance 12 remaining as described above.
