PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration device suitable for use in a high-frequency region. SOLUTION: In this device for calibrating a direct-current voltage level of a measuring device, a calibration voltage is supplied to the measuring device through a direct-current voltage superimposing means (resistor 450), and the voltage level supplied to the measuring device is detected, to thereby adjust the calibration voltage. Hereby, the influence exerted on the measurement accuracy of the measuring device by the calibration device is reduced, and the highly accurate calibration voltage can be supplied to the measuring device.
