PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damper capable of preventing corotation of a bolt with rotation of a nut without causing deterioration of productivity, and facilitating adjusting work in displacement adjustment to a coil spring. SOLUTION: As a bolt 34 is inserted to a bolt fixing hole 24 in a lower frame 16 and a bolt guide hole 30 in an upper frame 18, the bolt 34 is locked by a rotation prohibiting part A of the lower frame 18 to be incapable of rotating. Corotation of the bolt 34 with the nut 38 when it is rotated can thus be completely prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
