PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosed compressor capable of efficiently cooling an electric motor part. SOLUTION: A plurality of through holes 23 vertically penetrating through a core 8a and an end ring 8c of a rotor 8 are formed, and a fin 24 is mounted in a state of being stood to an upper side from an end face of the end ring 8c, and twisted inversely to the rotating direction of the rotor 8 from an inner periphery toward an outer periphery. A basic end of the fin 24 and the through holes 23 are positioned on a radial straight line of the rotor 8 in adjacent to each other. Further a ring-shaped disc 40 covering the fin 24 and kept into contact with an end part of the fin 24 at its one face is additionally mounted coaxially with the rotor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
