PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pressure loss and noise in an exhaust passage by smoothening air flow exhausted in a radial direction outward from a centrifugal fan. SOLUTION: In this centrifugal blower 30, a fan 3 having a plurality of blades 6 arranged in a perimeter direction is accommodated in a case body 5a forming the exhaust passage 4 of the fan 3. The case body 5a is jointed with an enlarged case part 5b having an exhaust passage 15 whose air guide means opening area is enlarged as it is directed to the exhaust side. The air guide means 32 whose surface is formed in an arch shape from the case body 5a and the exhaust passage 4 of the enlarged case part 5b extends to the exhaust port. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
