PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor for anchorage capable of being easily handled and having excellent construction property and provide a manufacturing method for the anchor for anchorage and a repair reinforcement method for a concrete structure. SOLUTION: A fan-shaped anchor part 2 provided in the anchor 1 for anchorage is constituted in such a way that adjacent fiber strands 6 are arranged and separated from each other at a predetermined interval to form a desired fan shape using a boundary part with a buried anchor part 3 in a bundle body 8 as a fan-shaped main part 2c and a connection thread 18 is sewn in a tip part 2a of the fan-shaped anchor part 2 in the direction in which it crosses the fiber strand 6 to hold the desired fan shape. In the same way, a plurality of connection threads 18 are sewn in an anchorage part 2b at a predetermined separation distance in the direction in which they cross the fiber strands 6. On the other hand, a strand bundling material 7 is wound around the buried anchor part 3 while adjacent fiber strands 6 are bundled, and a connection wire 22 is wound around its tip part 3a.
