PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally stabilized imaging member having a light nip load in which a phase change ink can be used. SOLUTION: The offset printer comprises a coated imaging member required for using a phase change ink, and a heating member attached, as required, to the offset printer. The coated imaging member comprises a base plate, an optional intermediate layer, and an outer coating formed thereon wherein the outer coating contains a mixture composite, i.e. an elastomer having a silicone material bonded covalently to the main chain thereof.
