PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rim with a travelling wheel of a wheelchair in which inconvenience in operating a handling, such as sweat on a palm or slippage between the handling and the palm is prevented, and an unpleasant feeling is preventd from resulting from the coldness of the handling in a cold period. SOLUTION: The rim 3 with the handling includes the handling 13 which is integrally arranged with an outer end part 9 in the wheel axial direction 12 of a circular rib 8 which is integrally disposed with the flange 6 of the rim 4 in the travelling wheel 2. A circular elastic member 15 such as rubber with high friction resistance is fitted to the whole periphery of circular outer peripheral surface 14 of the circular rib 8a and the handling 13.
