PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the axial dimensions of the rotating shaft of a rotor small. SOLUTION: A spider 2 is attached to a rotatable shaft 1, and the spider 2 is equipped with an inner cylinder 3 whose shaft 1 is roughly cylindrical and a roughly tubular outer cylinder 4 which has a diameter larger than the inner cylinder 3, and the dimensions in the directions of the rotating shaft of the inner cylinder 3 are smaller than the dimensions in the rotating shaft direction of the outer cylinder, and an iron core 5 which is made by stacking a plurality of magnetic materials in the direction of rotating shaft is provided around the outer cylinder 4, and an end plate 6 is attached from outside in the rotating shaft direction of the iron core 5, and the end plate 6 is equipped with a press part 7 which presses the iron core 5, contacting with the iron core 5 from outside in the direction of the rotating shaft, an abutment part 8 which positions the end plate 6 by abutting on it from the inside direction of the outer cylinder 4, in short, by abutting on the internal perimeter of the outer cylinder from inside direction, and a connection part 9 which connects the press part 7 with the abutment part 8.
