<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-linear voltage resistor porcelain composition capable of lowering capacitance even when the circuit voltage is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The non-linear voltage resistor porcelain composition contains zinc oxide as a main component, a first subcomponent including an oxide of a rare earth element, and a second subcomponent including an oxide of Sb.
