<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a management system for preventing the double management of information between a facility management system and an equipment management system, and for preventing any input mistake by making it unnecessary to execute any information inputting operation to the facility management system. <P>SOLUTION: This management system is configured to execute facilitate management by using an equipment management system for managing equipment existing in a plant and a facility management system for managing facilities including a plant with a range wider than the equipment management system as a management range. The hierarchy of plants managed by the equipment management system is made correspond to the hierarchy of a facility system managed by the facility management system so that the equipment registries of the equipment management system and the facility management system can be synchronized.
