<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lithium secondary battery excellent in low-temperature pulse discharge characteristics, low-temperature charge characteristics, safety at overcharging, and heat resistance required as a power source for a cellphone, for the manufacturing method of the lithium secondary battery equipped with positive and negative electrodes containing active materials capable of reversibly storing and desorbing lithium ions, a separator, and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution. <P>SOLUTION: After a high-temperature heat treatment is given to a battery in a charged state, charging/discharging is given to it including at least one time of a high-load constant-current discharging of not less than 1.5C (2/3 hour rate). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
