<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stylus UI (user interface) system which drastically improves a conventional pen input UI method, is very easy for a user to use, causes no errors with a comfortable operation, is easy to understand intuitively and is very easy to access a context menu. <P>SOLUTION: This stylus UI system is provided with: a stylus having a plurality of chip parts for touching a touch type panel and an RF-ID (radio frequency identification) corresponding to each of the chip parts; and a system main body. The system main body is connected wirelessly to the stylus with the RF-ID and provided with: a position detecting means for detecting a touch position of the touch type panel; an RF-ID reading means for reading information stored in the RF-ID; and a control means for obtaining the information and performing an operation including control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
