<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an IC card which improves card durability, protecting foil adhesion, card physical property, adhesive physical property and solvent resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the creation method of the IC card for sticking a first sheet and a second sheet via an adhesive layer and providing an IC module within the adhesive layer, a specific area of the adhesive layer after complete setting is ≥0.001m<SP>2</SP>/g and ≤20m<SP>2</SP>/g. Besides, X-ray small angle scattering is measured by using the adhesive layer, and scattering intensity is measured when a value of S becomes 0.5(nm<SP>-1</SP>) under the definition of S=2×sinθ/λ(θis scattering angle and λ is wavelength of X-rays). When the intensity measured before setting of the adhesive layer is defined as IW and the intensity measured after complete setting is defined as ID, a value of IW/ID which is an X-ray scattering intensity ratio is settled within the range of ≥0.4 and ≤1.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
