<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system provided with a data recovery function that can be restored at high speed and its data recovery method. <P>SOLUTION: The computer system 50 comprises a memory part 10 and a data processing part 20 for performing data processing. The memory part 10 has a work area 11 for storing work data of a tree structure and a data storage area 12 for storing the same data as the work data as a different structure. The data part 20 has a data processing means 21, a data storing means 22 and a data restoring means 23.
