<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a morpheme analyzing device for easily grasping relation between words such as homomorphic words or word division, and also easily selecting a correct answer from a plurality of word strings. <P>SOLUTION: A basic block segmenting part 1 sets a basic block boundary at the change point of character kinds in an input sentence. A word extracting part 3 retrieves a Japanese dictionary 2 concerning basic blocks divided by the basic block boundary, and exhaustively extracts words. A homomorphic word group string connection part 5 makes homomorphic word groups by collecting the words with the same index among the words extracted by the word extracting part 3 in the basic block. The connection part 5 connects the homomorphic word group to another group before/after it, when at least one combination exists, which satisfies a grammatical connecting condition included in a grammar dictionary 4 for including the inter-word grammatical connecting conditions, among the combinations of the words which are respectively taken out from the two adjacent homomorphic word groups. A homomorphic word group string certificating part 6 connects the homomorphic word group strings at every basic block, and generates the homomorphic word group string constituting the input sentence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
