PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular tool holding arm consisting of coupling of the tool holding arm, respective modules, and a coupling device of a machining tool holder arranged in the corresponding cutting position. SOLUTION: The device consists of a coupling device 10 for inserting between the tool holding arms, especially between the machining tools. The coupling device has a male coupling member 12 which forms a seal of a first module and is equipped with an axially symmetric pin 14 of the center, and a female coupling member 20 which forms a seal of a second module coupled to the first module, and is equipped with an axially symmetric pin 18 of the center. These coupling members compose shaft hub fittings 14, 18 as a first force transmitting area and at least one other force transmitting area. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
