PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability, handiness and design by combining a dial type operating part and a kangaroo type operating part so they can be selectively used. SOLUTION: A plurality of heater heating parts 30, 31 and 32 are arranged on a top plate 29, and an operation panel part 26 for operating the heating parts is composed by combining the dial type operating part 27 and the kangaroo type operating part 28 and providing a display part on an operating plane 28a of the kangaroo type operating part 28.
