PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic storage device in which voltage of a storage signal can be restricted by restriction voltage in which individual difference is not caused at the time of manufacturing. SOLUTION: In a magnetic storage device in which a magnetic head driving circuit for inputting a storage signal to a magnetic head and a stopper circuit for restricting voltage of a storage signal inputted to the magnetic head from the magnetic driving circuit are formed on a semiconductor substrate, the stopper circuit is provided with a feedback circuit for restricting voltage of a storage signal by voltage being proportional to band gap voltage inside a semiconductor substrate.
