PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the proper update of address book information by preventing any input mistake, and simplifying the inputting operation by visually grasping a desired address through an image where the peripheral background is imaged, and then requesting an instruction to an image indicating the address. SOLUTION: A processing means 103 accepts a selection instruction to a first point on a housing map image based on housing map image data transmitted to a user terminal 20 from the user terminal 20 by referring to an image data storage area 101a, and specifies the first address information corresponding to the selection-instructed first point or area on the housing map image. Also, the processing means 103 specifies the address book information matched with the specified first address information by referring to an address book information storage area 101b, and replaces the specified address information of the address book information with second address information corresponding to a second point on the housing map image selection-instructed form the user terminal 20.
