PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor of desk work and to make the desk work accurate by automatically counting the number of postcards sorted for each approval number and automatically creating a receipt with charges or the like corresponding to the number printed thereon in a recipient's post-paid system. SOLUTION: The receipt issuing device has a counting means for counting the number of piled-up sheets, a printer means for printing the receipt, an input means for a code of a recipient, and a communication processing means for acquiring a name of a party registered in an external computer by directly or indirectly referring to the inputted party's code.
