PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for an elderly person living alone which is improved in terms of installation costs, labor costs and emergency. SOLUTION: A human body abnormality sensor, a burglar alarm sensor and a temperature sensor are totally controlled by a control system CN-1, so that costs are reduced, operations of cameras are controlled only when an alarm signal is inputted, so that privacy is protected. Besides, even when a warning system is installed anywhere all over the country, it is managed by one centralized management center, so that costs are remarkably reduced. A manager P-2 watches monitor video to recognize a name of a contractor, his/her address, a kind of an alarm and emergency, so that speedy and accurate dealing such as reporting or instructing to the places concerned is realized.
