PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of making the visual angle wider by eliminating the parallax depending upon the viewing direction and capable of decreasing the difference of luminance of pixels in the display device, and an electronic blackboard, and an electronic bulletin board using the display device. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a display pixel transmitting the light from a light source 109 according to an image, the entire screen is constituted of a plurality of image constituting unit pixels composed of one or a plurality of display pixels, and one or a plurality of display elements having a non-display section 111 on the peripheral part are used. The display element is so formed as to cover the non-display section, and is provided with a plurality of light guide sections 104 for guiding the transmitting light 113 from a plurality of display elements adjacent to the non-display section 111 and a plurality of transparent bodies 116 allowing the transmitting light 117 from display elements other than the display elements adjacent to the non-display section 111 to pass through.
