PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein information on a past program in which prescribed time elapses cannot be obtained since information on the accumulated program is periodically deleted, and it is difficult to obtain information on the program including the taste of a user since an information source on the program is limited to EPG in the conventional voice interactive device. SOLUTION: In a voice interactive device, when data accumulated in a program database 103 is to be deleted, accumulated data is selectively deleted taking the taste of the user into consideration. Further, information on the past, present, and future interactive programs are obtained by associating a closed-captioned broadcast of the news, which is information except for EPG, electronic mail of the user and picture/music data, which are accumulated on a network, with knowledge contents on the program.
