ORGANIC EL DISPLAY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display that maintains stable emission characteristics for a long period by suppressing an intrusion of moisture and oxygen causing a characteristic reduction in the organic EL display into an organic EL emission layer. SOLUTION: The organic EL display includes a substrate with an arrangement of a color conversion filter layer, a high-resistance transparent oxide layer, a lower electrode as a low-resistance transparent oxide layer, the organic EL emission layer, and an upper electrode. The low-resistance transparent oxide and the high-resistance transparent oxide consist of the same elements and differ in oxygen content. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
