PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear reactor plant reducing a large temperature difference in a regeneration heat exchanger as a demerit while making the most of the merit of small compression work of carbon dioxide and improved in cycle efficiency. SOLUTION: In this nuclear reactor plant, a turbine 2 is directly driven by carbon dioxide as a coolant heated by reactor heat. After the coolant derived from the turbine 2 passes through the low pressure side passage of the regeneration heat exchanger 5, a part of the coolant and the residual coolant are separated. A part of the coolant is cooled by a precooler 6, and passes through the high pressure side passage of the regeneration heat exchanger 5 after being pressurized by a first compressor 7. After the residual coolant passes through the precooler 6, the first compressor 7 and the regeneration heat exchanger 5 and is pressurized by a second compressor 8, the residual coolant is mixed with a part of the coolant and is circulated to a nuclear reactor 1 again.
