PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool which can shorten the working time, which can easily and surely perform fitting, which can maintain the fastening force for a long time and which can reduce the execution cost. SOLUTION: This fixing tool is formed of a support part provided in a fixed shaft 1, a fixing part provided in the fixed shaft freely to be moved and fixed, a fastening part arranged between the support part and the fixing part, and an energizing means provided between the fastening part 14 and the support part to energize the fastening part 14 to separate from the support part. The fastening part 14 has a short side shorter than the inside diameter Dh of a through hole 1h formed in a foundation member 1 and a long side longer than the inside diameter Dh of the through hole 1h, and the fastening part 14 is formed so that a length between both ends of the fixed shaft 11 in the longitudinal direction thereof in a direction vertical to the axial direction is formed shorter than the inside diameter of the through hole 1h of the foundation member 1 when both the ends in the longitudinal direction are made to come close to the peripheral surface of the fixed shaft 11.
