PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove moisture, impurities, and impure chemicals from operating fluid, efficiently recover it from deterioration due to oxidation, promote an effective utilization of the operating fluid, improve the operability of a plant, and reduce the quantity of waste oil treatment. SOLUTION: This oil system equipment is provide with an operating fluid circulating system circulating the operating fluid 2 from a hydraulic generating device 1 having an oil tank 3 to a hydraulic drive 4, and an oil purification/regeneration system purifying and regenerating the operating fluid 2 recovered in the oil tank 3 by circulating it. The oil purification/regeneration system is provided with an oil conditioner 42 having an ion exchange resin cylinder 3 removing the impure chemical components included in the oil and a dewatering device 39 reducing the deterioration of the oil in a circulating passage comprising an external pipe connected to the oil tank 3.
