摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in a slip ratio and a belt temperature of a belt type continuously variable transmission comprising a pair of transmission V pulleys and a V belt wound therearound. SOLUTION: A point of application receiving a rotating force from a motor shaft is generally accorded with pitch diameter positions (P<SB>1</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>, and P<SB>3</SB>points), however, this invention offsets the point of application to a large diameter side to increase a transmission torque expressed by a product between the rotating force and the operating radius. That is to say, a V groove part where the pitch diameter of the transmission V pulley becomes larger than that of an approximately intermediate pitch diameter position (P<SB>2</SB>point) is set to a V groove angleα<SB>1</SB>(=α) approximately same to the belt angleα, and the V groove part to be the small diameter side is set to a V groove angleα<SB>2</SB>(=α-(1∼2)), or being narrower than the belt angleαby 1°∼2°.
