PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening/fixing device contributing to suppressing an uneven contact phenomenon of a spacer member in being fastened and further improving the reliability of the fastening, and to provide a bracket member for use in the fastening/fixing device. SOLUTION: This fastening/fixing device is provided with a first member 4 having a first bracket member 1 and a second bracket member 2 disposed in parallel to each other so as to form a fitting space 50, a second member 5 disposed in the fitting space 50, and a spacer member 3 burying a remaining space of the fitting space 50. This device is also provided with fastening member 7 fastening the first bracket member 1, the spacer member 3, the second member 5, and the second bracket member 2 together.
