PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper capable of changing dynamic damping characteristics without depending only on change of hardness or material of an elastic body 3, or increasing specifications of parts. SOLUTION: A boss 1 installed on the rotation member side of a subject to be damped is connected to a circular mass body 2 concentrically disposed on the outer circumferential side of it through an elastic member 3 comprising rubber-like elastic material. The mass body 2 comprises a plurality of metal discs 21 laminated on each other. Inner circumferential surfaces of the metal discs 21 are integrated with each other through a main body part 31 of the elastic member 3. The outer circumferential surfaces of the metal discs 21 are integrated with each other by being coated with an outer circumferential coating layer 33 extended from the main body part 31 through an end surface coating layer 32.
