PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag wherein the opening/closing operation for a take-out port for a content is easy, the content can be prevented from being excessively discharged especially by making it possible to quickly close the take-out port, and also, a take-out amount of the content can be easily regulated by easily adjusting the opening area of the take-out port. SOLUTION: An opening/closing tool 7 is constituted in such a manner that two pieces of plate springs 8 and 9 are assembled to be closely joined, and a port closed state is maintained by closely joining two pieces of the plate springs 8 and 9 under a state without an external pressure. At the same time, when both ends of two pieces of the plate springs 8 and 9 in the longitudinal direction are pressurized to the central side in the longitudinal direction, the mouth is opened by the separation of two pieces of the plate springs 8 and 9 from the intermediate part by bending. In addition, the opening/closing tool 7 is constituted in such a manner that when the pressurization is released, two pieces of the plate springs 8 and 9 return to the closely joined state.
