PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welt structure for an automobile, for suppressing the inward falling of a corner section. SOLUTION: A rib 9 is arranged along a body opening edge, on the outer circumference of a hollow wall 5 positioned on the outer circumferential side of the body opening edge of a cylindrical hollow seal 2 integrally formed on a base section 1 fitted to a flange F at the body opening edge.
