METHOD OF TREATING MUDDY WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating muddy water produced in a civil engineering construction site. SOLUTION: In the treating method for the muddy water containing suspensoids including clay, the muddy water is neutralized by being brought into contact with gaseous carbon dioxide, flocculation treatment by flocculants consisting essentially of an inorganic flocculant containing≥5 mass % of Ca is performed and then dynamic filtration treatment is performed to reduce suspensoid concentration in the muddy water.
