PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly stick catalyst on each part of a bag filter. SOLUTION: A production apparatus for a catalytic bag filter has a vessel 12 for catalytic slurry to store the catalytic slurry 14, a circulation pump 23 for the catalytic slurry 14 in the vessel 12 for the catalytic slurry 14, a viscosity sensor 26 for the catalytic slurry 14 in the vessel 12 for the catalytic slurry 14, a supply means 27 for the catalytic slurry 14 the operation of which is controlled by measured values of the viscosity sensor 26, a planar pedestal 32 on which the bag filter 5 is placed, a press plate 34 to press the bag filter 5 on a surface of the planar pedestal 32 and impregnate the bag filter 5 with the catalytic slurry 14, a driving means 38 for the press plate 34, and a pair of squeezing rollers 42 installed at an upper part of the vessel 12 for the catalytic slurry 14.
