The invention concerns a tyre comprising at least one carcass reinforcement structure (10) anchored on each side of the tyre in a bead (1), each of the beads including an anchoring zone having a plurality of circumferential wire windings co-operating with the adjacent the reinforcing structure portion, said wire windings being arranged to constitute at least a wire alignment wherein the distance d between the wire of said first winding and its portion adjacent the reinforcing structure and the distance d between the wire of said last winding and its portion adjacent the reinforcing structure constitutes an increase of the axial position of each of the windings, wherein: a first winding of said increase is arranged proximate the reinforcing structure; a last winding of said increase is furthest from the reinforcing structure.
