PURPOSE: A transceiver for millimeter wave band using an NRD(Non Radioactive Dielectric) waveguide type resonator is provided to widen a bandwidth by using a duplexer utilizing one-step and two-step elliptic ring resonator. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver for millimeter wave band using an NRD waveguide type resonator includes a transmitting part and a receiving part. The transmitting part includes a Gunn oscillation portion, a modulation portion, and an NRD guide straight line(5). The Gunn oscillation portion is formed with a circulator(7), a mount(10), a strip resonator, and a ceramic resonator(16). A Gunn diode is loaded on the mount(10) of the Gunn oscillation portion. The modulation portion includes a mount and a mode suppressor(9). A schottky barrier diode is loaded on the mount of the modulation portion. |
