PURPOSE: An eccentricity prestressing method and a device for applying bending with simple tension and a PSC(Prestressed Concrete) beam are provided to apply an optimal prestress for making a structure member resist bending, to apply power to a compression member and a tension member at the same time with one tension, to easily transfer additional prestress to load steps, and to apply large moment with little power by making the distance between compression and tension members eccentric. CONSTITUTION: In transferring prestress for increasing load carrying capacity resisting bending, a prestress transferring method is composed of steps of longitudinally arranging a high-strength tension member(12) at a part, which receives tension by load of a structure member(10), in a non-attached state with the structure member, arranging a high-strength compression member(13) at a part, which receives compression by load, in a non-attached state with the structure member, and exposing the compression and tension members to the end of the structure member, and fixing a connecting fixing tool(20) for connecting the compression member with the tension member to the compression member, tensioning the tension member penetrating the connection fixing tool with a tensioning device, and applying reaction force to the connection fixing tool. |
