A stroller 10 includes a hand push rod 15, a pair of rear legs 14 disposed on the hand push rod 15, and a rear wheel 13 rotatably held on a lower end of each rear leg 14 through an axle holding portion 40. A break mechanism 41 is rotatably attached to each axle holding portion 40. The respective brake mechanisms 41 are connected to each other by an operating bar 42. By pressing the operating bar 42 to rotate each break mechanism 41, an engagement pin 46 of the break mechanism is inserted to a locking groove 48 of the rear wheel 13, so that each rear wheel 13 is locked.
