A valve member (57) is located in a passage through which fluid passes. The valve member (57) selectively opens and closes the passage. The valve member (57) is supported by a support member (53) formed a magnetic material. An electromagnetic driving mechanism (60) attracts the support member (53) with magnetic force. The electromagnetic driving mechanism (60) is located outside the passage. When attracting the support member (53) , the electromagnetic driving mechanism (60) selectively opens and closes the passage with the valve member (57). <IMAGE> |
