PURPOSE: An oven part of a gas oven range with a baking unit and a method for controlling baking using the same are provided to allow fermentation process and baking process to be continuously executed in the oven part. CONSTITUTION: An oven part(13) includes a baking container(23) in which baking material is put; a rotating unit(24) rotating the baking container; a heating unit(25) keeping temperature in an inner space at fermentation temperature or baking temperature to ferment the baking material in the baking container, and then continuously bake bread; and a fan part forcibly convecting hot air generated in the heating unit to allow heat air to be evenly supplied to the baking material. The baking container is installed to a lower part of the oven part. The rotating unit is installed to a lower part of the baking container to rotate the baking container. The heating unit is a gas burner or an electric heater. A control panel(11a) allows selection of baking function. The fermentation temperature is 120-150 deg.C, and the baking temperature is 180-200 deg.C. The fan part comprises a fan(22) and a fan motor(21).
