PURPOSE: An arm exerciser is provided to easily maintain it, and to improve and to simplify the structure of the arm exerciser, in which the strength of elasticity of the arm exerciser is adjustable. CONSTITUTION: The arm exerciser includes a rotational shaft(101); a pair of arms(111) connected to the rotational shaft(101) and being movable and rotatable; a movable operator; a pair of links(131) for connecting the operator to the arms(111), respectively, and drawing the operator and the rotational shaft(101) closer or separating the same; a spring situated between the rotational shaft(101) and the operator and elastically supporting the rotational shaft(101) or the operator; and a guide(141) connected to the rotational shaft(101), and guiding the spring so that the operator and the rotational shaft(101) are drawn close or separated from each other.
