PURPOSE: A service for autonomously evaluating manpower using an Internet communication network is provided to make a plurality of persons evaluate the manpower of an individual directly and autonomously through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: In case of a registered member, it is judged that a manpower evaluating service system requests registration of the client company data or statement of the data(S107). If the data is transmitted, an evaluating committeeman for fixing a questionnaire item fit to a client company is selected by filtering the client company data from a database and the questionnaire data is generated(S111). The questionnaire data and the information for the committeeman are transmitted to the client company(S113). The data for the questionnaire data is received from the client company and is stored in the database(S114). The information inputted from the client company is filtered and processed to statistics(S116).
