The machine has a housing with a truncated cone-shaped breaker tool (4,4'), enclosed by a breaker jacket (5,5'), to define a breaker chamber (6,6'), all of defined dimensions. For larger sizes of appliance, the breaker diameter is increased, but the height (h) of the breaker chamber remains mainly the same, independent of breaker tool and jacket diameters, across a series determined by capacity, and corresponds approx. to the height of the smallest breaker within that series. The narrowness of the breaker chamber between intake and discharge is approx. the same for all sizes within a series. The distance between the center of gravity of the breaker tool and the bearing points of a breaker shaft, remains mainly the same with increasing breaker size. |
