PURPOSE: A cooling device of filament yarn is capable of cooling uniformly the filament yarn extruded from a nozzle plate, controlling flow of a cooling medium and treatment conditions of finish oil in accordance with kinds and fineness of polymer and producing various kinds of the filament yarn. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device of the filament yarn is comprised of: a nozzle plate(1) containing a middle groove; nozzles(1a) arranged on the nozzle plate(1) on ring-shape; a cooling device(2) which is installed directly under the nozzle plate, cooling the filament yarn; a cooling medium flowing from an inside to an outside; a feeding regulator(3) of the cooling medium installed on one side of the cooling device(2); a transferring device of the cooling device(2) installed on one side of the feeding regulator(3) of the cooling medium; a feeding part(7) of the cooling medium which is installed on the lower part of the feeding regulator(3), feeding the cooling medium to a filter, a distributing duct(5) and a flexible hose(6); and a finish oil feeding device(8) which is installed on a lower part of the cooling device(2) and feeds the finish oil to the filament yarn uniformly. |
