The plastic bottle consists of a body (1) and a port system (2) for fastening to a connection system with spike to transfer the nutrient solution. The port system has a plug (3) for sterile sealing of the bottle, and a cover (4), e.g. a screw cap, for the plug. Plug or cover is formed as a guide part to hold the delivery spike, and the plug has a weak zone (9) to be cut by the spike, to form a fluid connection. The plug has an outer cylinder part (5) fitted sealing into the bottle neck, with an outer ring-shaped part (6), which engages sealing on the outer neck edge. A sealing washer of oxygen-proof material with low permeation coefficient. The cover may be a foil of oxygen-proof material with low permeation effect. The plug is of oxygen-proof material with low permeation coefficient. |
